Open Aire Mri is located at 5701 Euper Lane, Suite B, Fort Smith, Arkansas. We are just east of Central Mall off Waldron Road on Euper Lane.

From I-540 Rogers Exit (East or West)
Take the Rogers Avenue/Highway 22 WEST exit (#8). Travel west on Rogers to Waldron Road and turn right (north) onto Waldron. Euper Lane is the first street to the right going north on Waldron. Turn right on Euper Lane. Open Aire MRI will be on your left a few hundred feet ahead (we are the last office building before the neighborhood starts.)

From I-540 Grand Exit (East or West)
Take the Grand Avenue exit and head west to the stoplight at Waldron Road. Turn left (south) and travel towards Central Mall and Rogers Avenue. Euper Lane is the last street on the left before reaching Rogers. Turn left on Euper Lane. Open Aire MRI will be on your left.
